Social Media Release: Welcome Baby KC would love to feature your beautiful family on our business Facebook and Instagram pages. May we please take and share photos and videos of your experience using a postpartum doula so other lovely families just like yours can find the support they need? We will verbally ask for your consent for each specific photo/video we'd like to share on social media.
I, the Undersigned, grant Welcome Baby KC permission to post photos and/or videos of myself and family to social media. Said photos and videos will be chosen and approved by me, the Undersigned, before posting. I acknowledge and agree that no sums whatsoever will be due to me as a result of the use of said photos and/or videos.
I, the Undersigned, DO NOT grant Welcome Baby KC permission to post photos and/or videos of myself and family to social media.
Printed and Online Marketing Materials Release: Welcome Baby KC would love to feature your beautiful family on our website and promotional materials. May we please take and publish photos of your experience using a postpartum doula so other lovely families just like yours can find the support they need? We will verbally ask for your consent for each specific photo/video we'd like to share online or in printed materials.
I, the Undersigned, grant Welcome Baby KC permission to use photos of myself and family in their printed and online marketing materials. Said photos will be chosen and approved by me, the Undersigned, before use. I acknowledge and agree that no sums whatsoever will be due to me as a result of the use of said photos and/or videos.

I acknowledge my child/children is under 18 years old and lacks the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Accordingly, I have read this Release and consent to my child's inclusion in the agreed upon media. Should Welcome Baby KC choose to have a court of law affirm this Agreement, I shall assist Welcome Baby KC and will not contest the rights granted in this Release in any and all legal proceeding for affirmation of this Agreement.
