  • Multicultural Scholarships

    Multicultural Scholarship honorees will have demonstrated solid academic performance, depth of Christian faith, a healthy confidence in his/her own cultural identity, and ability to build a diverse community. All Multicultural Scholarships are renewable annually for up to four years. The Multicultural Scholarships are open to U.S. Citizens, U.S. Dual Citizens, U.S. Nationals, U.S. Permanent Residents, and U.S. residents.

    • Alvaro L. Nieves Scholarship – Full Tuition, Room, and Board to select Latino students
    • Don and Ann Church Scholarship – Full Tuition to select African-American students
    • BRIDGE Alumni Scholarship - Full Tuition to select graduates of Wheaton College's BRIDGE Program

     The following should be submitted with your scholarship application:

  • Please attach an Essay (750-1000 words, with your name in the top right corner) in response to the following prompt.

    Describe the leadership knowledge and skills you’ve gained from personal experiences in and engagement of issues around ethnic diversity within the United States.  Include in your response reflections on how your Christian values have influenced and/or been influenced by these experiences. Then, describe on how you would apply your knowledge and skills to contribute to building a healthy, diverse community at Wheaton College.
