I (We) request that my(our) hotel/resort, cruise, air or travel package be cancelled/rebooked. I(We) have read and agree with the terms and conditions of "Fair Trade Contract" at the bottom of Cater2UTravels, LLC reservation agreement form *including the cancellation penalty and **Vacation Security Plan. 

Cancellation Penalties

If you decided to cancel, Cater2UTravels, LLC charges a fee for: Full Cancellation - Individual Booking ($150.00pp) to cover administrative cost and services rendered in producing this booking. Group Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable due to contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and vendors. Published airfares are not covered and are 100% Non-refundable. These Agency fee(s) are in addition to any supplier/airlines fee and are not covered under the Travel Protection.

You must render cancellation fee below except for Group Bookings.

Rebooking Policy

Per reservation agreement, under unmitigated circumstances I understand I may be allowed to rebook my trip for a future date or per voucher date. I also understand that this will not occur all the time. I am aware that my previous deposit and payments are 100% Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable but will be applied to my future travel date for the same destination and hotel/resort.  

I understand that if I do decide to cancel or not able to attend the future travel dates. Cater2UTravels, LLC will not be able to extend the rebooking waiver or issue a refund.
