At Freedom House, we believe that a recovery journey is built on a foundation of stability, safety, and community. Our program volunteers are the hands and feet of this mission, providing the practical support that allows our residents to focus fully on rebuilding their lives.
We would love to have you join us as a volunteer to help care for the space where healing happens. Whether you are tending to our grounds, providing a safe ride, or helping with childcare, your presence creates the vital margin our residents need to grow. Volunteers are essential to the success of our families and the heart of our daily operations.
To make sure you feel fully prepared and equipped for your role, we invite all new volunteers to attend an upcoming orientation. This session provides a deeper look at our mission and helps you understand how to best support the residents in our care. After you complete the background check and paperwork provided at the orientation, we will work with you to find a placement that fits your availability and gets you started with our team.
If you are interested in becoming part of our volunteer team, please share your details below to get started!
Please note that we are unable to accept individuals seeking court-appointed volunteer hours for these roles. Must be at least 16 years old.
