  • The children will be taught Salsa and other Latin dances, which will improve their rhythm and co-ordination skills.
    Grades: 1 - 6 - Time: 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. (Tuesday)

  • Ballet is the most basic technique of dance on which other forms of dance, gymnastics and ice-skating are build on. Ballet helps acquire muscle strength, flexibility, control, balance, correct posture, grace, coordination and musicality.
    Grades: Marins, Capitaines, Kindergarten–Grade 6

    10:45 - 11:45 a.m. (Kindergarten -Thursday)
    3:00 - 4:00 p.m. (Marins & Capitaines -Thursday)
    4:30 - 5:30 p.m. (Grade 1-6 –Thursday)

  • Children will be taught Hip-Hop dancing, which will improve their rhythm and coordination skills.
    Grades: Capitaines, Kindergarten - Grade 6

    4:30 - 5:30 p.m. (Grade 1- 6 - Friday)

  • Students learn how to sing in an ensemble as well as voice technique. They are given the opportunity to perform throughout the year.
    Grades: Kindergarten - Grade 6 Time: 1:00 - 1:30 p.m. - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)

  • The private piano lessons are well adapted to each student’s needs. The personal approach allows the students enrolled in the course to perform twice a year. Moreover, the best students are allowed to take an exam at McGill University Conservatory and perform at the Annual Classical Music Festival of Montréal.
    Grades: Capitaines, Kindergarten-Grade 6 Time: To be schedule by the teacher

  • Children will familiarize themselves with the different scientific terms through experiments.
    Grades: 1 - 6 Time: 4:45-5:30 p.m.

  • A fun-filled, artistic, and amusing class at the end of the day that enables the students to express their imagination and ideas about themselves as well as the world. The course aims at imparting the students with the knowledge of colors, their use and the methodology of mixing the different colours before applying them on the canvas. It gives the parents the opportunity to better connect with their child.
    Grades: Kindergarten to Grade 6 Time: 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. Thursday

  • This course will introduce the student to both basic and diverse elements of drawing. The course is designed to strengthen the drawing skills. Students will learn how to do observational drawings, imaginative drawings and cartooning. Students will also learn how to analyze form, as well as exploit their own self-expression. Many different mediums will be explored, such as charcoal, pen and ink, pastels and graphite. Projects are designed to accommodate different grade levels.
    Grades: Kindergarten to Grade 6 Time: 4:30 - 5:30p.m. Monday

  • This course will introduce the student to a wide variety of different mediums in the visual arts and crafts. Students will learn concepts and techniques in painting, drawing, ceramics and sculpture, as well as a variety of different crafts. Students will learn about the history and tradition of the different mediums and projects. Individual expressions will be cultivated. Projects are designed to accommodate different grade levels.
    Grades: Kindergarten to Grade 6 Time: 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. Thursday

  • This course enables the students to learn artistic calligraphy. During this hour the students get the chance to go back in time to revisit history and be exposed to the beautiful, decorative letters. The course is very interesting for the students as they are able to present their talent on t-shirts and books. The talent aims to improve the students’ handwriting in class.
    Grades: Kindergarten to Grade 6 Time: 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. Friday

  • This course offers advance self-defence and combat skills. Students are also exposed to the extension of karate through Kobudo where they learn to use various karate weaponry (i.e. Bo, Sai, Kama, among others).
    A pre-requisite to this course is completion of the basic karate program and is reserved for advanced students.
    Grades: Kindergarten - Grade 6 Time: 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. Monday

  • This course enables students to build confidence, improve focus and instill the discipline imperative for success. This is done in a fun environment while simultaneously developing self-defence techniques.
    Grades: Kindergarten - Grade 6 Time: 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. Tuesday

  • Participants will get a blast out of this program. In addition to ball-handling, dribbling, and shooting, footwork and decision training, they will also build self-esteem, learn teamwork and value hard work. A highly recommended course for all levels.
    Grades: Kindergarten - Grade 6 Time: 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. (Grade1-6) Monday

  • This course allows students at all levels to improve skills and exploit their talent in soccer to Elite level of performance. Students build stamina learns to balance their muscular endurance and explosive power.

    Grades: Snowboarding is only for 3rd, 4th, 5th, & 6th grade. A number of 6 registrations are needed for the class to be given.
