PORTRAIT AGREEMENT & MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Inspired by Soul Photography, the photographer, to photograph myself and/or my underage children. I hereby grant Inspired by Soul Photography and her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of myself, family, and/or child(ren), or in which myself, family, and/or children will be included for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner or medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release Inspired by Soul Photography and her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
COPYRIGHT: As a client of Inspired by Soul Photography, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Inspired by Soul Photography, PHOTOGRAPHER; Lindsay Thomson, are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A limited PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of my session digital files to print your portraits for your own personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering your images without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission. The Photographer and licensees or assignee may have unrestricted use of these for whatever purpose, including advertising, with any retouching or alteration without restriction. All publication on social media or anywhere else requires credit to Inspired by Soul Photography. Professional Prints sold separately.
Creative License: Images are edited at the sole discretion of the Photographer, and delivered proofs may not include every image captured during the session. The Photographer retains the right to edit and release only those images that meet professional standards and align with her artistic vision. If the delivered gallery does not meet your personal preferences, this does not warrant any form of compensation. All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided once the session has been completed. By booking a session, you acknowledge and trust that Lindsay Thomson, Photographer (Inspired by Soul Photography), along with any associate photographers, will deliver high-quality images. Additionally, the Photographer cannot be held responsible for a lack of cooperation from any subjects, which also does not qualify for refunds or compensation. We encourage clients to ensure their children are comfortable and well-prepared for the session.
Online Gallery and Digital Download Directions: Please note that I do not store your gallery on my hosting session for longer than 2 months once delivered. It is your responsibility to download and store your images. Download links expire 1 week after you register to download and the link is sent to your email. After this 2 month period, if for any reason you would ask for your images again, there is a $50 fee to bring them out of archival storage if I still have them stored. There is no guarantee for this. Keep in mind, you may download your images to multiple devices and back them up on cloud storages or flash drives of your own. I do not accept responsibility of storing your images after 2 months.
