5. Explain the importance of authority and describe how you respond to those in authority over you. How would you deal with leaders you don’t like or rules you don’t agree with? How do you handle conflict within your peer group? Describe a time this happened and how you handled it. *

10. Gap Year is a time of working, living and learning at Camp Elim. There is an academic component that will require reading several books, doing assignments and writing papers in a deadline orientated environment. Do you feel comfortable and commit to this part of Gap Year? Describe a time where you completed academic project with a deadline.*
