The Trail Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) will be a collection of trail capital construction priorities for the next five years (2018 – 2023). The CIP will be developed by Trans Canada Trail (TCT) with consultation from TPAC members. This plan will be utilized to provide greater efficiency in trail development, strategic government relations and fundraising support.
