  • Note: Completing this form will direct this request to your department chair, dean or direct supervisor, as well as the Vice President for Development, for approval of the fundraising project.

    The approval process will probably move more quickly if you alert them to the fact that it's coming!

    All payments for product sales need to be turned in to Erin Swarm in the Office of Development as soon as possible after they are received. Checks should be made out to Greenville University, with your organization/team/club in the memo line. Any checks received in the office more than 6 weeks after they are written may be returned to you and not deposited.
