This is a great way to begin reducing your fundraising commitment. Find a service/product to donate to the silent auction and the successful bid amount will be deducted from your fundraising commitment. In previous years we have had hockey/basketball tickets, movie passes, restaurant gift cards, knitted items etc. To assist you we have put together a donation request letter for you to use when approaching possible retailers/companies.
PLEASE NOTE - All items & baskets are to be dropped off at East Bayfield on Friday, November 3. An email will be sent out confirming times for drop off.
Also, volunteers will be needed for set up as well as monitoring the silent auction. A signup sheet will be posted shortly – stay tuned! Come enjoy the fun and earn volunteer points in the process.
