Hardship discounts are available in cases where truly needed and are subject to the discretion of the Oakland Literacy Coalition. To request a hardship rate, please fill out the brief form and give us a call at (510) 280-3547.
If requesting a hardship rate, please wait to submit your membership registration until after speaking with the OLC team.
