Furthermore, I understand that by accepting I consent to the organization’s right to publish photographs depicting the minor athlete/child named above engaged in track and field events of The Port City Track Club, whether as an active participant or as an observer.*

Registration Fees & Uniform Form

PCTC Membership Registration Fee: $250 (Renewed Annually)

Your registration fee covers your club membership, uniform, operating expenses of The Port City Track Club including, practice facilities, equipment, etc.

Each athlete will be provided with and must have a complete uniform. **Any extra orders will be an additional cost.

Additional Fees

USATF MEMBERSHIP

A fee of $38.88 for youth and $71.96 for adult membership with the United States of America Track and Field (USATF), must be paid by the parents/individual before an athlete is eligible to compete in USATF State, Regional, and National Championships for one year. This is separate from the Registration fee.(Membership year is Nov 1 – December of the following year). Example: Nov 1, 2025 – Dec. 31, 2026

AAU MEMBERSHIP

A $20-$22 membership fee with Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) is required to be eligible to compete at the District, Regional, and National AAU Track and field Championships for one year. This is separate from the Registration fee.(Membership year is Sept 1 – Aug 31 of the following year). Example: Sept 1, 2025 – Aug 31, 2026

MEET FEES

Meets will vary in costs. An additional fee is necessary per athlete per Meet ( typically $5 - $10 per event depending on the meet).

This will cover the athlete's’ entry fee only and must be paid in advance once the schedule is published. You'll be notified of the meet to be entered deadline and when the entry should be paid in advance.

Should I decide to withdraw from participation with The PCTC and its activities, I agree to notify the PCTC that I am withdrawing and acknowledge that all REGISTRATION FEES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
