I Agree that I will provide all employees selling on my behalf the required materials and training for proper FOOD HANDLING SAFTEY outlined by the Health Department. If UVFM Market Managers find that any seller is not complying to market rules and safety standards, UVFM reserves the right to take immediate action.
I Agree that I will only sell that which I make, In a facility that I control. Re-selling of wholesale goods is never permitted in UVFM Certified Farmers Market.
