Please review the following important notes:

- Performances must be suitable for scholars of all grades from TK to 12.

- Any guests that plan to attend must be listed on this form with the proper first name, last name, and email address. Otherwise, they will not be able to access the Zoom room. If you have more than 5 guests attending, please email the additional attendees first name, last name, and email address to me at ddelnegro@compasscharters.org
