Our new Peer-to-Peer recognition allows us to recognize and appreciate the work FCPH staff is doing that not everyone gets a chance to hear about.
We’ve created a message board on our employee portal where you can share kudos or recognize something a co-worker has done. Your comments will go on the portal and to the employee’s supervisor.
Remember that specific feedback is more effective than general praise – try to be precise when complimenting your peers. Everyone at FCPH has an equal opportunity to give and receive feedback. It’s so easy!
