Participation fee:

What's included:
- all overland transfers from Surabaya airport onward
- lodging in Ranu Pane homestay (twin or tripple sharing)
- lodging in tent (twin or triple sharing)
- hike to Mount Semeru
- hike to Mount Bromo
- hike to Mount Batok (optional)
- 4x4 transfer to viewpoint
- meals from lunch on day 1 until lunch on day 4
- guide fees
- porter fees for equipment (cooking gear, tents, sleeping gear,...)
- tipping for guide and porters
- rental of sleeping bag (for hygienic reasons, bring a liner or your own as well)
What's not included:
- airfare to/from Surabaya
- meals not mentioned above (eg breakfast on day 1, dinner on day 4)
- personal expenses (drinks, snacks, communication, laundry,...)
- permit fees Semeru (as per Nov-2017: IDR420,000 for 2 days)
- permit fees Bromo (as per Nov-2017: IDR217,000 for 1 day)

- it is the participant's onus to find their own replacement and to make their individual financial arrangements. Do keep us updated.
- if the participant is unable to find their own replacement, after 01/05/2018 no refund whatsoever can be claimed
