There are two options for delegation payments: Group Payment or Individual Payments.
If the Group Payment option is selected, we expect your delegation to pay all fees to us at once, which can be done online through PayPal or credit card. The deadline for all group payments will be March 19th, 2018. In order to secure country assignments before March 19th, schools that have chosen to pay through our group payment method must pay a $500 Group Payment Deposit. No country assignments will be given out until that deposit is received. We will email you an invoice for your deposit shortly after processing your school registration.
If the Individual Payments option is selected, each delegate will be asked to pay when they submit their delegate registration.
Note that, regardless of which payment option is selected, we also require a payment of the Sponsor Teacher fee, standing at $200 per night (or $400 for the weekend).
If your school is unable to afford the Sponsor Teacher fee, or if any of your delegates are unable to afford our delegate fees, please submit a request for financial aid by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
