    You may still continue to order this Renewal, and if necessary we will attempt to Reinstate the bond.

    Until renewal offer has been re-validated, credit card payment has been disabled to avoid confusion or conflict. Upon re-validation of the renewal pricing, we will send you a validation code to unlock credit card payment option.

    1. Fees are fully earned and are non-refundable. 2. There may be a $25 fee for riders or changes made after issuance. 3. Premium may be fully earned and non-refundable. The surety company, not Integrity Surety, determines whether the bond may be canceled and premium refunded. 4. For information about our compensation, please write to us or visit: https://www.integritysurety.com/useful-links 5. A credit report may have been obtained to underwrite this principal. We are unable to provide information regarding this report. Client may obtain a copy of this report from Experian 888-397-3742, TransUnion 800-680-7289, or Equifax 888-766-0008. The Surety may send more detailed instructions via mail. 6. This approval, including the premium and fees, is an estimate only, subject to change and further underwriting by the surety. If the estimated premium per this approval is higher than the actual premium due after all underwriting has been completed, then, at our sole discretion, we may consider this overage a fee for our services or we may return this overage to you. If the estimated premium per this approval is lower than the actual premium due after all underwriting has been completed, additional monies will be due. You agree that any discrepancies with the estimated premium per this approval and the actual premium due per the surety will be disclosed to you on a separate invoice, which will be due upon receipt.

    • As Agent, you are responsible for collecting from the Principal the Total Premium and any Fees, Taxes, or other Charges as shown. Upon submitting this form and ordering renewal with "Invoice my Agency" selected, we will renew the bond for the specified term and send to you a Net Due invoice, which is then due. Premium may be earned. Fees are fully earned upon ordering.

    • Integrity Surety accepts many methods of payment. Payments made by Principals to Integrity Surety for immediate posting and execution of bond(s) may be in the form of Cashier's Check or Money Order, at our office location. We may also choose to accept business checks, Wire Transfer or ACH, however, at our discretion we will hold the transaction until the clearing of funds, which may take 5 business days depending on bank processing.

      Credit Card payments are processed as a convenience to the Principal, to allow for immediate posting of premiums, and the execution of bond(s) or immediate renewal processing. To cover costs associated with this, a 3% convenience fee is assessed and will be added to the Total. 


      VERY VERY IMPORTANT: Your Billing Address MUST match your bank's records or it will ERROR OR DECLINE. If this happens, you may see a "Decline" or "Error" message, but your bank may still "hold" the funds, and may even think the transaction was approved. There is nothing we can do about this. Make sure your Billing Address is correct!

      PREMIUM IS NOT CONSIDERED PAID UNTIL WE HAVE CONFIRMED WIRE TRANSFER FUNDING. Attach confirmation printout below or advise the confirmation number. Upon funding, we will send you documentation.

    • Thank you for your notification. BOND IS NOT CONSIDERED RENEWED UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED FUNDS. We will process your check and will renew upon funding, sending documentation at that time.
