Pasta "Due" Classes w/ Frankie G (fresh & dry pastas)

Learn the appreciation of both dried and fresh pasta. You'll learn the how, why, and when to cook and serve both dry and fresh pasta. Our personal pasta due class is fun, informative, and most of all... delicious. $650 / for up to 6 people.

- Three pasta dishes from fresh and dried pasta.

What we do:
- We bring everything
- All menus and classes are customized to client
- We teach with a very hands-on method
- We supply the food (unless there are special requests)

- History and reason behind recipes.
