Residences become available on the 1st or the 15th of the month, dependant on vacancies.

Please note housing is not guaranteed with the submission of this application. If and when a unit that meets your family's needs becomes available, you will be contacted at the phone number/email you provided.

Applications will be accepted as of January 1 each year. Your application will be kept on file for nine (9) months at which time you will have to re-apply if you would like to maintain your place on the waiting list.

It should be noted that the Alberta Tenancy Act requires 3 months notice to vacate the premises. This could impact suite availability for incoming tenants, depending on when the notice to vacate is issued.
If you are a non-Prairie tenant and the building reaches capacity, you may be requested to vacate your apartment with one to three month notice dependent on when the new Prairie person needs the apartment.

PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS: If you have not been accepted (do not have a PC student number) but are in the application process, you may apply for housing. Your application will be kept on file in the order it was recieved. The assigning of available suites will not be considered until the student is fully accepted and a tuition deposit has been recieved. Please be aware that PC housing is limited and not guaranteed with the submission of this application. Early submision of a complete, legible application will increase the possibility of obtaining housing.
