Intensive Therapy Program Cancelation Policy
We recognize that from time to time situations arise and plans need to be changed due to circumstances beyond your control. Below you will find our policies for intensive therapy deposits, payments, cancellations, and sickness.
Deposit Refund Policy
60+ days prior to the session start date
- You may transfer your deposit to another session with no penalty.
30-59 days prior to the session start date
- You may transfer your deposit to another session but will be charged a $500.00 rescheduling fee.
0-29 days prior to the session start date
- We are unable to refund, transfer, or credit any amount of your deposit as the session will most likely go unfilled.
Intensive Therapy Refund Policy
Prior to session start date
- If your child becomes chronically ill or is medically unable to participate in their scheduled intensive therapy session, we will allow you to transfer the balance to a future therapy session. You must provide a note from your GP that states the reason your child is unable to attend the therapy session(s).
During the intensive session
- If your child becomes chronically ill or is medically unable to participate in a portion of their intensive therapy program, we will allow the unused time to be transferred as credit towards a future therapy session. You must provide a note from your GP that states the reason your child is unable to attend the therapy session(s).
NAPA Therapist Absence
If one of your therapists become ill during the session we will be our best to alter your schedule to avoid missing any time. If we are unable to do so, we will attempt to either make up the missed hours during the session or transfer the unused time to credit to be used towards future intensive therapy sessions.
