Are you a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization looking for a donation from Fermentation Farm? Then you've come to right place!

First, if you are looking for a raffle prize or gift basket item, then we are more than happy to donate a kombucha growler to your cause! These can be requested right in our shop so you DO NOT need to fill out the form below. Just bring in your nonprofit Tax ID and we can give you the certificate! No appointment needed, just come right in!

If you are looking for a more substantial donation, please fill out the form below. Please know that while we wish we could donate to every worthy cause and charitable organization, we can’t fulfill every donation request we receive.
