CONDITIONS OF VENDOR REGISTRATION RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING PARTICIPATION IN SILVER SPRING SMALL BUSINESS COMMUNITY FAIR
This application is a contract for space, the formal notification of registration approval, space assignment, and full payment of vendor fees, together constitute a contract between the exhibiting organization, hereinafter known as the exhibitor, and Jazmine Donerson and Winergy Mastermind Alliance, hereinafter known as the Fair Management, for the right to use space in the Silver Spring Small Business Community Fair 2017. The contract is based upon the plan of exhibits, rates shown thereon and general information contained on promotional materials and webpages related to the fair. By completing this contract you understand that upon approval the vendor fees are non-refundable and 100% of the vendor fee is due within 48hrs of approval of this completed application or space can be released. The Fair Management reserves the right to reassign space for which complete payment has not been made by the remittance date. Full payment for space applied for after the remittance date is due upon receipt of the contract by the Fair Management. All measurements are approximate and the Fair Management reserves the right to make such modifications as may be deemed to be necessary, making equitable adjustment with any exhibitor or exhibitors thereby affected. The Fair Management also reserves the right to adjust the floor plan to meet the needs of the exposition. Cancellation of space will result in the loss of 100% of all payments, deposits and holding fees which are non-refundable.
INSTALLATION AND DAY OF SETUP OF EXHIBITS
Delivery and setups of exhibits and completion of exhibits will take place on Saturday, November 25th, 2017. Exhibitor may arrive between 10:00am-11:00am and all exhibits must be ready for inspection no later than 11:40 a.m. the day of the fair. Exhibitor arriving after 11:30am will be refused and there will be no exceptions made or refund provided. Supplies and materials may not be delivered to booths during show hours. Dismantling may not begin until the close of the fair which is 6:30pm. (If booth space is not occupied by 11:30 a.m. the day of the fair, the Fair Management shall have the right to use such space as it sees fit to eliminate blank spaces in the exhibit.) Goods and materials used in any display, except bona fide samples, shall not be removed from the exhibit hall until the exposition has officially been closed. Any exception to this rule must have the approval of Show Management. Dismantling must be completed and all exhibit materials removed by 8:45pm.
STORAGE OF BOXES AND PACKING CRATES
Exhibitors will not be permitted to store boxes or packing crates next to or around exhibit booths. All packing materials must be completely concealed. Fair management will provide additional storage space as it is available. Should such space by available items must be labeled with the exhibitors name/booth number by 11:40am all boxes and crates will be placed in storage provided they are properly labeled for storage. Those not so labeled will be removed and destroyed as refuse. (NOTE: Storage labels will be provided at the Exhibitor’s Registration
RESTRICTIONS IN OPERATION OF EXHIBITS
Fair Management reserves the right to restrict exhibits which, because of noise, lighting, method of operation, materials, or for any reason are considered objectionable, and also to prohibit from exhibiting or evict from the exposition as a whole.
Important note: Each exhibitor is only allowed two onsite personnel including the business owner unless prior written consent has been provided. Small children should not accompany exhibitor the day of but are encouraged to visit.
Note: All times subject to change. Under contract, the company must obey the times and days of the Show. This contract does not permit breaking down a booth early; this could result in a fine.
