Once a sample chair(s) has been requested, the appointment is made based on the end user’s schedule and chair availability. The duration of which a customer will try out the chairs will be up to 1 week. If a customer chooses to purchase a sample chair, Office Solutions will still pick up the sample chair and supply you with a new unit.
