Photography Session Agreement

The contract is between the Photographer and the Client as detailed below:

Summary

The Photographer is responsible for providing the Client a photographic service as detailed in this Agreement. The Client undertakes to engage the Photographer for this coverage for the price as detailed below.

Coverage

Coverage will be provided by the Photographer as follows:

Type of Session:*

Mini Session ($99) : 20 minutes, 5-10 fully edited photos at a location of Photographer's choosing.

Coverage will end as specified in the Type of Session noted above. Photographer will choose location for mini session event and provide details in advance of the session.

AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

If the client chooses to cancel their session they will not be returned their deposit. Rosy Days Photography LLC understand that life happens, so clients are able to reschedule their session should sickness or family emergency arise.

It is understood that the raw digital files remain the property of Rosy Days Photography LLC. Rosy Days Photography LLC releases rights for printing and enlarging, but does not include rights to edit or alter images in any way.

Should the photographer not be able to photograph the event due to unforeseeable circumstances or reasons beyond her control, the session date will be rescheduled and a discount will be given to the client. This discount does not apply to weather conditions.

Rosy Days Photography LLC is committed to care and devotion when it comes to capturing, processing, editing, storing and delivering images. However, in the event that she fails to comply with the obligations of the contract, for any reason, including but not limited to events outside of her control, liability should be limited to a refund of all payments collected.

MODEL RELEASE

I grant permission to Rosy Days Photography LLC to take and use photos for: printed or electronic publications, websites or other electronic communications, media, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service offered by Hilary Thomas and/or Rosy Days Photography LLC. I further agree that my name and identity may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the image(s). I authorize the use of these
images without compensation to me. All negatives, prints, digital reproductions shall be the property of Rosy Days Photography LLC.

Client agrees that this release is irrevocable, worldwide, and perpetual. By signing you are stating that you have read and understood the information in this model release.

Model Release approval must be made by a Parent/Guardian if any photo session participants are less than 18 years of age. * By signing you are acknowledging that all the same regulations apply to the minor(s) that participate in the session.

The undersigned have read and understood the contract and agree to the terms and conditions in their entirety.
