NOTE: An incident is qualified as tardiness when the employee is not in their designated station one (1) minute after their assigned shift schedule.
NOTE: An incident is qualified as an NCNS when an employee fails to provide proper notice (2-4 hrs before their assigned shift schedule) and or when an employee is not in their designated workstation fifteen (15) minutes after their assigned shift schedule.
NOTE: An incident of Abandonment of Post constitutes a serious offense and possibly could merit a preventive suspension.
NOTE: It is Habitual Tardiness when an employee has incurred four (4) incidents of tardiness per month**
**Month is a period covered between the 1st of a month up to the end of the same month.
NOTE: It is Habitual Absences when an employee has incurred four (3) incidents of tardiness per month**
