III. MACC Scholarships Partner E-Signature
All MACC Scholarships Partners must submit this form for each MACC Scholarships application as applications will be assessed against the milestones stipulated in the signed Memorandum Of Understanding (MoU).

The Malaysian Australian Alumni Council (MAAC) Data Protection Notice

By filling up this form, the applicant has agreed and consented the respective MACC Scholarships Partners that his/her personal data provided in this form may be collected, used, processed and disclosed for the purposes of processing his/her registration, as well as for the program delivery involved with the Malaysia Australia Colombo Plan Commemoration (MACC) Scholarships, invitations to future events and online surveys, marfketing and promotional activities on print and social media, in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and all subsidiary legislation related thereto.
