Times are arranged around flights to Orkney so anyone wishing to spend a weekend on the island and to work on their coaching skills will receive a very warm welcome from Orkney Fencing club.
Places are limited so please book your place by 17 November.
Eligibility: Open to everyone
This is an introduction in how to teach fencing to beginners and to assist in the running of a fencing class.
Eligibility: You must be over 18 for this course.
Candidates should meet one of the following criteria:
have completed Level One and any Action Plans given to them by the tutors,
already hold a coaching qualification, or
have coaching experience already and understand the principles of how to coach
Duration: Normally completed in two weekends.
Eligibility: You must hold an SF Level 2 qualification in the same weapon as you wish to qualify in
Duration: Normally completed in three weekends.
Cost: £50 per weekend to SF members, £80 to non-members.
