    The numbers listed next to each cabin category reflect the inventory currently available within our group block.


    If additional Ocean View cabins are needed, please note that per the cruise line’s policy, the remaining available Ocean View cabins within our group must be booked first before we can request to add more inventory. Ocean View cabins typically sell out quickly, so we encourage early booking if that is your preference.

    Cancellations received before the penalty period begins will receive a full refund.

    “No-show” upon departure or breaking of Cruise Package (disembarkation prior to termination of the voyage) shall be considered as a cancellation
    made on the day of departure subject to a 100% cancellation charge.

    No refund will be permitted if a guest terminates their cruise after embarkation or while the cruise is in progress. Cruise contracts are non-
    transferable. Group Cruise Moves are not permitted and will be considered a cancellation.

    Cancellation charges are assessed on the total fares, which include cruise fare, air-add-on, hotel packages, and any other additional service
    arranged through MSC Cruises.

  • NOTES:

    Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.


    When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan.

     

    We recommend starting your flight search about 9 months before the event. Many travel websites offer price alerts that notify you when fares decrease, helping you secure the best rate.

     

    Please plan to arrive in Miami on July 19, 2027, by 12:00 PM at the latest to give yourself ample time and avoid any stress from potential delays. The ship is scheduled to depart at 4:00 PM, departing from Miami Cruise Port, 2200 N Cruise Blvd., Miami, Florida 33132. Your return flight should be scheduled out of Miami on July 23, 2027. We will disembark the ship by 7:00 AM, so please plan accordingly for your return travel.  The airport code for Miami International Airport is MIA.

     

    For added convenience and peace of mind, we strongly encourage arriving in Miami one day before the cruise. If a sufficient number of guests decide to arrive the day before the cruise, I can also assist with reserving your hotel accommodations by coordinating a group hotel room block to secure special group pricing for our family. I will reach out to you regarding hotel accommodations. 

    Multiple-Occupancy Staterooms Clause:For bookings with three or more passengers, regardless of age, a minimum cancellation fee of $100 per passenger will apply for each passenger cancelled but not replaced, including infants under two years of age, for cancellations made within 60 days of the departure date.

     

    PREGNANCY
    Guests who are pregnant are required to submit the Accessibility & Medical Requests Form available online at least 30 days before sailing. MSC vessels do not have medical facilities for pre-natal or neonatal care nor facilities or equipment for childbirth. Therefore, for safety reasons, we cannot admit passengers on board who will have exceeded 23 weeks and 6 days of pregnancy at any point during their cruise. Regardless of the stage of pregnancy, a doctor should be consulted before setting off on a cruise to evaluate whether the guest is fit to travel. Pregnant guests must provide all required medical documentation as outlined in MSC’s Booking Terms & Conditions available online.

    SERVICE CHARGES (GRATUITIES)

    If Service Charges are not pre-paid, Services Charges (Gratuities) will be added to the guest’s on-board account during the sailing. No Service Charges will be applied for children under the age of 2 years old. Pricing is subject to change.

     

    ATTENTION: TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND VISA REQUIREMENTS

    It is the sole responsibility of the Guest to identify and obtain all required travel documents for the entire cruise vacation and have them available when necessary. Please check with your travel agent, government agency, Embassy or Consulate to ensure that you have all the proper documentation to board the ship and enter each of the countries on your cruise. Guests without proper travel documentation will be denied boarding.

    Travel restrictions for each destination country may vary according to a Guest's citizenship. No refunds or other compensation will be given to individuals who fail to bring proper documentation.


    Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.

      📌 Booking & Payments:


      1️⃣ How do I reserve my cabin?
      A deposit is required to secure your cabin. Cabins are assigned on a first come, first served basis, so we encourage booking early to secure your preferred category.

      2️⃣ Are payment plans available?
      Yes. After your initial payment, you may make flexible monthly payments leading up to the final payment deadline. All balances must be paid in full by the cruise line’s final payment date. Note: There will be a seperate charge for reunion fees. It's already included in the prices above. An email will be sent out when it's due. That will be sent directly to Kierra by your preferred financial platform. 

      3️⃣ What happens if I miss a payment?
      If you miss a payment, you must double the amount the next month when payment is due. If final payment is not made by the required deadline, you may result in cancellation of your reservation and possible loss of funds based on the cruise line’s cancellation policy.

      6️⃣ What is not included?
      Not included are specialty dining, airfare, airport transfers, travel insurance, gratuities (if not prepaid), Wi-Fi packages, alcoholic beverages, spa treatments, casino play, onboard shopping, and other personal expenses.


      💳 Gratuities & Onboard Charges:


      7️⃣ What are gratuities and how much are they?
      Gratuities are daily service charges distributed among crew members who provide service throughout your cruise. For this sailing, gratuities total $64 per person for the 4-night cruise. On May 10, 2027 the price for gratuties will increase to $68 per person. 

      How and When Are Gratuities Paid?
      You have two options:

      Option 1: Prepay Before Sailing
      You may add gratuities to your reservation prior to departure. This allows you to budget in advance and enjoy your cruise knowing everything has been taken care of.

      Option 2: Pay Onboard
      If not prepaid, the cruise line will automatically add the daily service charge to your onboard account. It will appear as a line item on your final statement.

       

      8️⃣ Can I prepay gratuities?
      Yes. Gratuities can be added to your reservation prior to sailing or paid onboard through your ship account.

      9️⃣ How do onboard purchases work?
      Upon embarkation, you will set up an onboard account using a credit or debit card. All onboard purchases (drinks, Wi-Fi, spa services, specialty dining, etc.) will be charged to this account.

      🔟 Do I need a passport?
      A valid passport is strongly recommended. While some closed-loop cruises allow other documentation such as a birth certificate, a passport is the safest and most flexible option in case of emergency. You can use your birth certificate for this cruise.

      No. Roundtrip airfare is not included but can be arranged upon request.

      1️⃣2️⃣ Are airport transfers included?
      Airport transfers are not included but may be added to your reservation for an additional fee.

      1️⃣3️⃣ Are there activities for children and teens?
      Yes. Supervised Kids & Teens Clubs provide age appropriate activities, games and events daily.

      1️⃣4️⃣ What are nightly theme dinners?
      Each evening may feature a fun dress up or themed experience. Participation is optional but highly encouraged for group photos and memorable moments.

      1️⃣5️⃣ Will there be group events?
      Yes! We will have coordinated family activities and opportunities to connect throughout the cruise.


      🛡 Policies & Protection:


      1️⃣6️⃣ Should I purchase travel insurance?
      Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in case of cancellations, delays, medical emergencies or unforeseen events. The price is not included in the above total. The price for Travel Protection varies based on age. Once selected, you will see it on your invoice emailed after desposit has been submitted. 

      1️⃣7️⃣ What is the cancellation policy?
      Cancellation penalties are determined by the cruise line and are based on the date of cancellation. Refund eligibility decreases as the departure date approaches.


      📦 Preparation & Packing:


      1️⃣8️⃣ What should I pack?
      Bring casual daytime attire, swimwear, comfortable shoes, evening wear for theme nights, toiletries and any necessary travel documents. A detailed packing guide will be provided prior to departure.

      1️⃣9️⃣ When will I receive final documents?
      Final cruise documents are typically issued 2–3 weeks prior to sailing once your balance is paid in full.

  • Disclosure and Consent

    ACCOMMODATIONS: Price is per person based on double occupancy. When available, single rooms/cabins may be smaller than doubles. We will try to match roommates, we cannot guarantee a roommate will be available. Roommates may be assigned as late as 30 days prior to departure and, if one is not available or you request a single room, the following single supplement charges apply: 200% of Cabin Fare. Single rooms/cabins are extremely limited and subject to confirmation.

    PREGNANCY/INFANT/CHILD REGULATIONS As to pregnancy, a woman cannot have begun her 24th week of pregnancy at any time before or during the cruise. If you are pregnant, please provide a medical note upon arrival at the pier for check-in from your physician stating your expected due date and medical fitness to travel. If you are in the 24th week or have completed it you will not be allowed to board.

     We assume no liability for injury, death, damage, loss, theft, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur by reason of any negligent or willful act or omission of any suppliers of service. We do not own or operate any of the suppliers of services to your tour. Similarly without limiting the foregoing, passenger agrees to hold us harmless for any defect in any vehicle, plane, boat, bus, car, van or other vehicle, act of war or insurrection, terrorist activity, revolt or other civil uprising, military action, strikes or labor unrest or any Act of God or for any other act of any third party.

    We make every effort to honor the package price quoted originally, however; under certain circumstances your price may be subject to increase prior to full payment due to an increase in the cost for one or more of the travel components of your package. We will always notify you in such an event.

     

    Prices will not increase after you make a deposit or full payment, except for charges resulting from increases in government-imposed taxes or fees. 

    By signing below, you expressly acknowledge your acceptance of the conditions applicable to your purchase and by signing your name and initials you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service and the information disclosed.
