PLEASE NOTE: We cannot begin to process your community housing request until you have completed registration for the conference. The sooner you register and submit your housing request, the more likely it is that we will be able to find you a place to stay. We have limited spaces to offer.
A key part of the Performing the World experience is the person-to-person connection – the building of new relationships with people from around the globe. There’s no better way to do that than to be welcomed into the home of a Performing the World Housing Host. If you don't think you will be able to attend the conference without staying with a host in NYC, our International Host Committee will make every effort to find you a home during the conference. If you are interested, please fill out this form and return it as indicated. When requesting housing for anyone under 18 years of age please note that they must be accompanied by an adult.

Space is at a premium in New York City, and as such, many of our housing locations entail sleeping on a couch or a blow-up mattress; private rooms are rare and most of our hosts live in the outer boroughs of New York City, a subway ride away from the conference center.
Please be aware that the sponsoring organizations of PTW, the All Stars Project, Inc. and the East Side Institute, Inc., do not assume liability for any injury to your person or property that may occur in the course of or as a result of your participation in our community housing program.
