Renter Responsibility
As a resident who is renting a property from someone, you are required to initiate a Landlord/Tenant agreement assigning responsiblity for the payment of your electric service with PES.

You will need to print the form, sign it and have your landlord sign it before bringing the form to PES. Once PES has the form, it will be reviewed and approved by PES staff BEFORE your service can be initiated.

Please plan to have this form signed by everyone as soon as you have signed your new lease!
