Duration: 60 to 75 mins. This appointment will be the basis of building your health plan; includes one complimentary follow up appointment. Initial appointments are required for new clients or individuals who have a gap in appointments greater than 1 year.
Ayurveda Follow-Up Appointment

Duration: 30 to 45 mins. Select this option to schedule a follow-up appointment to further discuss your Ayurveda Health Plan. This option is not valid if gaps in appointment have been longer than 6 months
Returning to Health Plan

Duration: 45 to 50 mins. If you have a gap longer than 6 months between appointments, this option is for you. These appointments will take longer than a follow-up, but are not as intense as an Initial appointment.
