Letters are provided as a courtesy by Supervisor Kuehl and are intended to recognize community organizations or businesses for their contributions to the people of Los Angeles County.

In order to be considered, your request must meet the following criteria:

• The recipient is an organization or business that resides in the Third District
• The letter recognizes an occasion of significance
• The organization makes a meaningful impact or contribution to the people of Los Angeles County

To request a letter, please complete and submit the attached form below.

All requests must be submitted four (4) weeks prior to the date needed.

The Supervisor’s office reserves the right to decline any letter request and may rescind a request if false or misleading information was provided in the application.

All requests will be reviewed and responded to in a timely fashion. Given the high volume of requests, the Supervisor's office may not be able to accommodate your request even if the criteria outlined above are met.
