Thank you for your interest in The Palos Verdes Assembly. The application period for the 2021-2022 Assembly season is open from Friday, April 16, 2021 until Friday, May 14, 2021 to allow all applicants more time to complete their application. Additionally, we will only be requiring one letter of recommendation this year instead of two. Applications received outside of this window will not be considered.
APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2021-2022 ASSEMBLY SEASON WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED THROUGH THIS ONLINE PORTAL. Please direct any questions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN: Prior to submitting this application, please be sure to have your handwritten essay completed and scanned to your computer. Please also have your recommendation form completed and scanned to your computer. This application must be completed in one session--there is no ability to save an application in-progress and return to it later. Please allow 20 minutes to complete the application and be sure to have student and parent present to electronically sign the application forms.
Once you have completed your online application, a confirmation email will be sent to the parent and student email addresses. If you do not receive a confirmation email, we have not received your application!
