*A Community Interest Stakeholder is one who declares a stake in the neighborhood and is defined as a person who affirms a substantial and ongoing participation within the Neighborhood Council’s boundaries and who may be in a community organization such as, but not limited to, education, nonprofit
and/or religious.

Per the CeSPNC bylaws "Verification of stakeholder status by those who are candidates for Governing Board office shall be by two (2) forms of documentation confirming stakeholder status based on being a resident, owning or working at a business, or owning property within the boundaries of the Council, orhaving a vested interest in the Council as established by a statement of their Community Interest." Suitable documents are a drivers license, passport, utility bill, business card, membership card, letter from your employer, letter from an organization (if you are applying as a community interest stakeholder), etc. (Call Kristina at 310-514-1797 or 310-918-8650 if you have any questions).
