All deposits and payments are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, in accordance with contractual agreements with our premium partners. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
All reservations must be made under the exact name as it appears on your government-issued identification. This ensures seamless coordination with our luxury vendors.
To secure your experience at the current rate, initial deposits should be submitted promptly. Rates are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
Flexible payment plans are offered as a courtesy. Failure to remit payments by the agreed deadlines will result in automatic cancellation of your reservation, with all funds forfeited.
Occupancy selections are confirmed only after all listed guests within the reservation have submitted their initial deposits.
Timely payments are essential to maintaining your reservation and avoiding cancellation.
Refunds will not be issued due to a roommate’s cancellation, for any reason.
All trip communications will be delivered via email. Please provide a valid, frequently monitored email address to ensure uninterrupted correspondence.
Upon RSVP confirmation, a detailed invoice and personalized payment plan will be emailed.
