Our Crew

The cordial and warm reception of guests is everyone’s duty at Enrico’s. We are interested in people who take job responsibility seriously. Our positions require little or no prior experience - just lots of enthusiasm. Our product is good food and service is our business. Although skills are important, we are even more concerned in finding people who enjoy providing Superior guest service. These are ways of friendliness and helpfulness ...a genuine desire to please all of our guests. Working with people can be fun and fulfilling. It can also be tiring, hot, and frustrating. Our jobs are for people who like people.
Legal Stuff

The minimum age for employment at Enrico’s is 16 years old. Verification of your age is required. Applicants must be documented to work in the United States. Our Mission Statement is Quality Food, Superior Service In A Friendly Atmosphere, and Good Value, and we are looking for people who can help us meet our Mission!
Availability

Our restaurant operates on a year-round basis and most of our crew will work a full-time or part-time schedule. You must have the ability to work Friday's and Saturday's, though we will work with your schedule as best we can. Most evening shifts begin between 3:30 - 4:00 p.m.and 8:00 a.m. on our prep-shift. Due to business operations, we are unable to accommodate a later start time than 5:00 p.m. for evening shifts and no later than 9:00 a.m. for prep-shifts.
Transportation

Your availability and dependability are very important to us. It is essential that you are able to provide your own reliable transportation to and from work.

We believe in your right to your individuality, however everyone must fit our standards for what we call “The Enrico Image,” a neat and natural look. Due to safety and sanitation issues, the following points are non-negotiable: • Long hair must be tied back and off the face and collar. • Jewelry must be at an absolute minimum. • Clean-shaven faces are a must. Neatly trimmed mustaches are acceptable. • Beards are not part of our image. • For sanitation reasons, smoking is not allowed in kitchen and service areas, therefore, we cannot offer a cigarette break during peak hours (5-9).
