HML Clubhouse Reservation Request Form
Only residents of Half Mile Lake (HML) who are in good standing, meaning all homeowner dues and assessments are paid in full, and are of adult age (21) will be allowed to request rentals and reservations.

Clubhouse rentals are available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The clubhouse is NOT available for rental during peak swimming hours. Peak swimming hours are:
- 1:00-5:00 PM on weekends from Memorial Day through Labor Day
- Anytime on holidays

The scheduled time for the event is placed on the HML event calendar and must include ample time for set-up and post-event cleaning.

Pool parties are not available. Clubhouse rental attendees are expcted to stay inside the clubhouse.

HML Clubhouse rental fees are invoiced for electronic payment. Deposits are not required and homeowners will be charged an extra fee for contract violations or damage ($50 minimum).

The Clubhouse manager will respond back to you regarding clubhouse availability, confirm the total rental fee, and provide an electronic link to an online rental agreement and waiver of liability.
