There is a $25 fee for transcripts. Transcript requests will not be processed until payment has been received.

Transcripts will be free for current Fountainview Academy students, and Fountainview graduates until the end of September of the year they graduated.

Unofficial scans of transcripts will be emailed for free (for graduates or attendees after 1997 only).
