Welcome to USACTC, Inc's., 2018 (New) Membership On-line Application. This application form will let you fill out and submit your application on-line to the Membership Secretary, as quick as any email. Fill out each section, select next to get to each new section. Please note that if you select the option "to receive any club correspondence via USPS", you will need to add the postal fee amount to your membership application, total amount due. This application also has the option to make a non-deductible donation. When you have finished all sections of the application, select submit. You will get a message that the application was successfully received. You can either enter YOUR PayPal email (instead of the club's PayPal email (firstname.lastname@example.org)) or you can select to pay by Credit or Debit card. Applications after January 31st, 2018 will be considered "a" new membership application and will require a sponsor in good standing with USACTC, Inc.
