The UBRA is a Utah non-profit barrel racing association that was established in 1959. We hold a winter series, summer series and large added money races every year:
- April Futurity, Heber City, Wasatch County Events Center: $5000 added Futurity, $10,000 added Open 5D & $1000 Cash Target Race.
- September In Heber race, Heber City, Wasatch County Events Center: Team Race, $10,000 added Open 5D & $1000 Cash Target Race plus other sidepots.
- Summer Series: Weekly Jackpots in South Jordan
- Winter Series: Bi-monthly Jackpots in South Jordan
Our Heber races bring contestants from all over Utah and many surrounding states. Over 400 contestants attend our April and September races in Heber City. We offer a live webcast of our April Heber race with adverising for our sponsors.
Our website receives over 102,000 page views per year. This proves to be a great opportunity for your company to promote your business and sponsor high profile events.
These events are fundraisers for our association’s year end awards, added money and help pay expenses associated with putting on these big events and our weekly races.
This is a guide, all sponsorship levels are negotiable.
Heber April Live Webcast Sponsorship $3000
- Premier adverising during the live webcast, in the futurity program and on our website.
- Live webcast will be named after your company.
- Our live webcast has thousands of views throughout the 3 day duration of our race.
- Our webcast is available to view anytime after the event on our YouTube Page, views after the race average 200.
Event Sponsorship: $2,000 and up
- Champion saddle sponsor for $2000 Cash sponsorship and:
- Race Event will be named after your company for a $2000 cash sponsorship.
- Full page ad on front cover, back cover, or beginning of program.
- New - Your logo and 30 second video clip (provided by you) will be shown during our live webcast during the futurity in Heber City.
GOLD Sponsorship: $1,500 and up
- Champion saddle sponsor for $1000 Cash sponsorship, or
- Race or Division will be named after your company for a $1500 Cash sponsorship.
- Full page ad on front cover, back cover, or beginning of program.
- New - Your logo and 30 second video clip (provided by you) will be shown during our live webcast during the futurity in Heber City.
SILVER Sponsorship: $1,000 and up
- Champion saddle sponsor for $1000 Cash sponsorship, or
- Division race at our Heber Series will be named after your company for a $1000 Cash sponsorship
- Full page ad inside futurity program.
- New - Your logo and 30 second video clip (provided by you) will be shown during our live webcast during the futurity in Heber City.
Webcast, Event, Gold and Silver Sponsors:
- Option to set up a booth during the event and/or provide coupon or handout to competitors.
- A barrel wrap with your logo will be placed on a barrel in the arena for the entire event.
- Brief write up about your company that will be announced at the event numerous times.
- Your company name and logo will be listed on our website as a major sponsor.
- Your company or business name will be monogrammed on futurity, 5D or year- end jackets/vest/awards.
- Your company banner (you provide) will be hung in the arena for the entire event.
- Two people from your company will be invited to our year end awards dinner ceremony.

- a division award sponsor for our April Futurity/5D in Heber, or

- $100: ¼ page ad in our program, company/business name announced and listed on our utbra.com website for the year.
