Audio/Video Support Needs
We reserve the right not to play music and videos that are deemed inappropriate for a church setting. If you have a slideshow or recorded music to present at your event the church will require one of our tech support personnel to be present and there will be an additional fee for their time. All music will need to be run from an Ipad or phone, and slideshows will need to be submitted on a flash drive in either MP4 or MOV format.

We will have a slideshow to be shown at our event (yes or no). If so, this slideshow must be submitted at least seven business days prior to the event date for approval. The church office is closed on Fridays, please take this into consideration when submitting your slideshow. All slideshows and any music played at your event must be church appropriate.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:
I understand that if needed, I will have one hour prior to the event to set up and 30 minutes after the event to tear down and clear out anything that belongs to us. This time will be billed to me on my invoice.

I understand that I will only have access to the rooms and facilities listed on the Facilities Rental Agreement.

I understand that a separate deposit of $150 is due when the facility use agreement is signed. This deposit will be returned to me after the event.

I understand that any music or slideshows used for my event need to be submitted seven business days prior to my event for church approval. (The church office is closed on Fridays, please take this into consideration when you submit.)

I understand that if my event attendance is 100 people or more, we will need to pay for an officer to be onsite and that rate is $60/hour. Woodridge Baptist Church will schedule the officer.
