  • Applicants accepted into the Judge Accreditation Training Programme will receive instruction and advice in what used to be called the Open category, but will now incorporate a broader range of experience.

    Once formally accredited you will have the statue of Accredited. As you continue to gain experience and expertise in judging across other specialist genres (Nature, for instance), you can choose to request to have additional Judging Specialities added to your profile in the register of Accredited Judges. 

  • The following information is requested to assist the Assessment Panel build a profile of the applicant and their level of experience in photography. There are no requirements or prerequisite for accreditation that are associate with this information.

  • Accreditation has two phases, an initial assessment and a final assessment. This application form is for initial assessment only. The process for accreditation is outlined in a companion document, which can be downloaded from the PSNZ website, or obtained from the Secretary of the Judge Accreditation Panel.
