Deposits and Payments

For most tours, we require a $500 per person non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. Your place is not confirmed on the tour until the initial deposit has been received by Quality Travel Solutions. Upon receipt of the deposit, Quality Travel Solutions will email you an updated invoice indicating your remaining balance. The price of the tour is based on payment by check or funds transfer. Credit card payments will incur a 4% service fee.

If you want to pay by Credit Card, we will email you a link to make your payment via our PayPal merchant account.

For QTS Tuscany Travel Experience - a $500 per person non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. 2nd payment due 90 days later. Final payment is due 90 days before departure (July 13, 2026).

For QTS Kenya Safari Experience - a $1000 per person non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. 2nd payment of $1500 per person due February 1st, 2027. Final payment is due May 1st, 2027.

For All Tours - All Deposits and Final Payments are Non-Refundable. Travel Protection is strongly encouraged.
