  • MEMBER QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
    THF ALUMNI & FINAL TALENT POOL (FTP) MEMBERS

  • MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree (from an accredited 4-year college or university) or currently enrolled at an accredited college or university with an upcoming graduation date
    • At least one year of professional work experience; previous internship experience is acceptable
    • Able to work full-time (Note: To be considered for full-time employment opportunities, you must be within 90 days of your graduation date.)
    • U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident

    Those who meet the above qualifications are eligible for membership in the Talent Development Program.

    REQUIREMENTS

    THF Alumni - You will be required to complete a career assessment questionnaire prior to scheduling your coaching session.

    FTP Members - Before your resume can be submitted for full-time job opportunities with THF partner companies, you will be required to complete a career assessment questionnaire.

    In order to gain full access to the THF Job Board and have your resume submitted for full-time job opportunities with THF partner companies, you will be required to complete the following steps:

    1. Submit an unofficial copy of your transcript
    2. Complete a career assessment questionnaire
    3. Schedule a brief new member interview with a THF staff member

    • I understand that falsification of any information provided during the registration process (membership form, cover letter, resume, transcript, etc.) will disqualify me from job placement assistance.

    • I understand that T. Howard Foundation (THF) will utilize the information provided on my Talent Development Program (TDP) registration form, cover letter, resume, evaluations, and recommendations as a basis to qualify me for job opportunities, and in the best interest of my job search, professional development, and career goals.  

    • I understand that registering for the Talent Development Program (TDP) does not guarantee an interview or employment.
    • I understand that the decision to employ or otherwise engage the services of one or more candidates referred by the T. Howard Foundation (THF) rests solely on the partner company.

    • I understand that prior to receiving full Talent Development Program (TDP) membership benefits, I will be required to complete a career assessment questionnaire and brief new member interview.

    • I understand that once my resume has been submitted by T. Howard Foundation (THF), I will update the Foundation on all communications with its partner companies, including but not limited   to phone/face-to-face interviews, invitations to interview for additional positions,job offers, etc.

    • I understand that the T. Howard Foundation or its Talent Development Program is not an employment agency and does not conduct a background and/or credit check. However, I may be subjected to a background and/or credit check by a T. Howard Foundation (THF) partner company at the point of hire.

    • I understand that the Talent Development Program (TDP) membership fees are non-refundable.
