• Completion of this form does not guarantee you a spot in the upcoming event. The organizers of the event reserve the right to make the final decision on the number of attending authors and genres represented.
  
  
• We request that all attending authors put forth a good faith effort in ACTIVELY promoting the event. If you feel you cannot assist in helping to promote our event, we ask that you not join our interest list. Learn why we ask for your help.

Your Online Professional Presence

Our budget is limited to the money coming in from author registrations. Most of our budget is taken up by venue rental fees and the required insurance coverage. This leaves very little left to pursue large advertising efforts and cover our other expenses.  We request that ALL attending authors help us spread the word about the event.

You must put forth a good faith effort in helping to promote I.O.W.A. We will provide you with a number of social media friendly images you can share as well as printable flyers to post around your community.

We WILL be monitoring the attending authors and their efforts to promote the event. If we feel you have not made a good faith effort to promote our event, it is possible that you will not be invited to attend in subsequent years.

If you cannot commit to helping us spread the word about our event, either online or in your community, we ask that you consider not joining the interest list.
