Any other measurments, lift stats, or Food Journals can be emailed speperate. (This is based on the type of service you have purchased)
Please attach a front and back picture using the good lighting and comfortable but minimal clothing. Example - Males: gym shorts (show legs if possible) Females: sports bra and gym shorts [If this makes you uncomfortable to wear please wear a tank top and shorts]
