    • I agree to allow a representative of WHBR to visit my home prior to the adoption. 
    • I agree to return the dog to a representative of WHBR if I can no longer keep the dog.  
    • I give my permission to my veterinarian, references and landlord to disclose information to a representative of WHBR. 
    • I give my permission authorizing WHBR to use any photos of adoptions to promote WHBR rescue activities in the future. 
    • By signing below, I attest that the information is true and accurate and this application will become part of my adoption contract. If I have falsified any information, I agree to release the dog back to a representative of WHBR at no cost to Wigglin Home Boxer Rescue. 
    • I understand and agree that there are fees associated with adopting from Wigglin Home Boxer Rescue and these fees are nonrefundable. 
    • I also understand that an adoption contract will be provided to me to review and sign and abide by.

     

    • As a Foster-To-Adopt family we will read the foster manual, agree to follow the rules and guidelines set forth therin and sign and return the foster agreement prior to receiving our foster. (The foster manual will be sent to you after a Wigglin' Home representative has called and spoken to you about your application.)
    • The foster dog is the property of Wigglin' Home Boxer Rescue and will be surrendered to an officer or director of WHBR upon request at any time.
    • The foster home will not be compensated for expenses incurred while caring for the foster dog.
    • Veterinary care will be provided and paid for by the rescue. At no time are you allowed to take the foster dog to the vet without prior approval from an officer or director of the rescue. 
    • Any and all donations connected with the adoption of the foster dog and/or for the foster dog will be sent directly to the WHBR. 
    • If you decide you want to adopt your foster you must follow standard adoption procedures and  the standard adoption fees.

    By signing below, I hereby indemnify and release Wigglin' Home Boxer Rescue, its officers, directors, and volunteers of any and all liability arising from damages to person(s) or property that may arise during my time as a foster.
