Card Box Order Form

Thank you for supporting Camelot Intermediate School.
There is a choice of 5 card box designs. Each box contains 30 hand-crafted cards with a coordinating envelope. The cost of each card box is $30 and the Camelot Intermediate School will earn $13 on each box ordered.

All orders must be placed by the end of the day on Friday, April 30th.

Card boxes will be sent home with your student the week of May 10th.
