Explanation:

Icon: Face focused close portrait, for avatar, pfp, etc.

Partial Body: A partial closeup of a character, usually something like upper/lower body focused, should almost always include a face.

Banner: This is a special cropped picture plane that is particularly horizontal, which targets the banner resolution compatible with most social media sites.

Composed Scene: This is a full scene, usually including one or multiple characters,the center middle is usually the central focus figure of some kind of situation or activity. It may include cutaways or special elements to the borders or corners of the picture plane.

Comic: This is similar to the previous type, but it will likely not use a central focus, it will be blocked out with specific paneling methods with at least 3 separate scenes.

Price Overview

The price is dictated by the picture plane and whether AI is utilized in the creation process.

The picture planes are ordered in complexity.

AI-assisted creations are significantly cheaper than hand-made and far faster to complete, but the output will include a canvas with pixels that were generated by ML generative art models. Mainly what I will do is draft the image with a drawing that goes to something like a rough line art, possibly block out colors, and then prompt the AI to generate the finished coloring and details, the output will then be tailored further to match the description of the commission.

AI-assisted images are likely to range in the 10-50$ range, at most they would probably ever be 80$ if some high degree of complexity and edits are involved.

AI images can have oddities in specific details, but any part of the picture can be altered using my own direction in the generative process and art skills.

Hand-made art will often run hundreds of dollars at a minimum, and there is no practical way to deliver the level of detail and polish as with AI-assisted images, nor will it be done quickly. The only advantage I can offer with this type of commission is that it will result in a canvas where no pixels were generated by an AI. If you request this know what you are getting into.

A third category involves AI assistance of the drafting, but is completed with a final hand-made process. This is a potential middle ground but it is still very time consuming and not ideal in most cases.
